Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 6 stay free of charge. We provide free baby cots for the youngest guests. Children over 4 years of age pay full amount. Additional information for parents, guardians of children/underage children; In accordance with the "LEX Kamilek" law, at check-in you will be asked to show your child/underage's document; ID card, passport, school ID card, MOcitizen application, Internet Patient Account, court decision or birth certificate. Guardians traveling with children/underage at check-in will be asked to show a document certifying that they are the guardians of the child/underage; notarized consent of the parent to travel with the child/ underage or a consent signed by the parent of the child/underage with the indication of the child's data, the child's address, telephone contact to the parent and the identity document number/PESEL number of the person to whom the parent entrusted the care of the child/underage, and the child/underage's document; ID card, passport, school ID card, MOcitizen application, Internet Patient Account, court decision, birth certificate.
